Our Story

Grava Design Studio was started with the singular notion that granite, while extremely durable and heavy, can also be versatile and beautiful. With an eye for design and hunger for innovation, this brainchild of KR Srinath was born from a knowledge of Physics and a keen interest in Geology. A background in both fields meant that he could explore his fascination for granite while figuring out new ways to cut, shape and polish the stone in the unique ways it lent itself to be moulded.

The Grava factory is located in Marandahalli (Halli means village in Kannada, which only adds to the rustic charm of the stone we work with). Visit us to see how we transform a solid chunk of rock into something beautiful that lasts for years to come.
